We file to Japanese Patent Office for patents,
utility models, designs and trade marks for
domestic as well as foreign clients. As for
patents, our major tech. fields are electric
and electronics, telecommunications, information
technologies, semiconductors and other electrics
materials, mechanical engineering, system
controls, and information technologies including
computer software. Japanese specification
and a set of claims translated from a foreign
language are checked by our experienced patent
attorney before filing to improve their quality.
Receiving an office action, we first study
the action and its cited reference(s) to prepare
our proposed argument and amendment, to maximize
the chance to overcome the office action.
The OA as well as our proposed argument and
amendment are then sent to out client with
our comments. We also carry out trials before
JPO on behalf of our clients.
An applicant may take an action against JPO's
trail decision. We take care of litigation
against a trial decision before Intellectual
Property High Court, Japan.
