Before joining YAMAKAWA in 2025, Mr. Honda built a career in R&D at Toyota Industries Corporation and handled intellectual property (IP) practice at an R&D-focused venture company. After registering as a Patent Attorney in 2002, he gained extensive experience at several patent firms, specializing in domestic and international patent prosecution and office actions across diverse technical fields, including steel materials, semiconductors, renewable energy, and medical devices. By leveraging his dual background in corporate R&D and IP management, he is dedicated to accurately transforming advanced technologies into robust intellectual property rights and providing sincere, strategic support for clients' IP success.
